I was pleasantly surprised with the hospitality of this hotel. I was upgraded to a room with an electric blanket, and they even offered me a welcome drink upon arrival. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of hospitality from the front office to the service staff. Despite this, there were some positives to my stay.

The room I stayed in was lovely, and the electric blanket was a nice touch. I appreciated the upgrade and the overall comfort.

Unfortunately, the service here lacked the warm hospitality I expected. From the Security Guards to the Managers, I didn't feel the welcoming atmosphere. However, room service was prompt, and the option for airport shuttle and valet parking was convenient.

Location

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the tourist attractions. The Citrus Cafe nearby was a great spot to relax and enjoy some snacks. The proximity to the valley in Srinagar Cantt area was a plus.

I didn't have a chance to dine at the hotel's restaurant during my stay, but I did enjoy some delicious scones at a nearby cafe. The dining options seemed promising.
