I was pleasantly surprised with the hospitality of this hotel. I was upgraded to a room with an electric blanket, and they even offered me a welcome drink upon arrival. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of hospitality from the front office to the service staff. Despite this, there were some positives to my stay.

Unfortunately, the service here lacked the warm hospitality I expected. From the Security Guards to the Managers, I didn't feel the welcoming atmosphere. However, room service was prompt, and the option for airport shuttle and valet parking was convenient.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the tourist attractions. The Citrus Cafe nearby was a great spot to relax and enjoy some snacks. The proximity to the valley in Srinagar Cantt area was a plus.
